Marketing Manager
Own the marketing engine from brand to TGE and beyond. You’ll shape a clear, credible Web3 narrative, grow community, and execute KPI-driven campaigns across private rounds and public sale — then sustain momentum post-TGE.
About SETTLD
SETTLD is a compliance-first, permissioned L2 powering escrowed deposits with multi-chain multi-token support, zk-solvency proofs, and liquidity for regulated industries — bridging real-world businesses, particularly in gaming industry use cases, with Web3 rails.
TGE is targeted for April 2026.
The Role
You’ll be the driver of brand, community, and growth: from zero-to-one narrative and co-marketing to airdrops, token-sale funnels, and lifecycle CRM. You’ll partner with founders, BD, product, and external agencies to hit measurable milestones.
What You’ll Do

Brand & Narrative: Build and maintain a differentiated, credible Web3 narrative and content system (positioning, messaging, visual guardrails, PR/comms).

Community & Social: Grow owned channels (X, Discord/Telegram, long-form) with clear weekly/monthly KPIs; design contributor/ambassador loops.

TGE Readiness: Plan and run pre-TGE programs (whitelists, airdrops, allowlists, GAL/quizzes, KOL waves) and execute TGE/post-TGE lifecycle (retention, re-engagement).

Campaigns & Growth: Ship data-driven campaigns with partners (co-marketing, AMAs, listings, launchpads); own attribution and ROI.

Content & CRM: Stand up a content calendar and lifecycle funnels (email/DM, drip, reactivation); coordinate translations/localization where needed.

Agency & Vendor Ops: Source, brief, and manage agencies/KOLs/creators; keep deliverables on-brand, on-budget, on-time.

Analytics & Reporting: Define dashboards, measure weekly, and iterate — turn insights into action.
What You’ll Bring

Proven execution in at least one: Web3 brand building, community growth, airdrops, token-launch marketing, or high-tempo digital growth.

Tooling fluency (e.g., Twitter/X analytics, Discord/Telegram mods/bots, Notion, GA4, Mixpanel, Dune/Nansen/Flipside, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Hypefury/TweetHunter, Quest/NFT tooling).

Data mindset: Comfortable with funnels, cohort/retention, CAC/LTV, campaign attribution, UTM hygiene.

Operator energy: Plans → experiments → results. Clear comms, strong ownership, startup pace.

Timezone collaboration: Comfortable with GMT+8 core hours and global partner coordination.
Nice-to-Haves

Understanding in technology, limitations and market trend in cryptocurrencies/tokens, decentralized tech, on/off-ramp, Ce/DeX, gaming/igaming, junket, escrow.

Prior work in regulated or FinTech/Web3 infra.

Launchpad/listings experience; KOL and partner networks.

SEO/SEM chops; PR/analyst relations; event/roadshow planning.
What Success Looks Like (first 90–180 days)

Narrative & brand system shipped; content calendar running weekly.

Community baselines established and growing (e.g., WAU/MAU, email list, CTR/ER).

Pre-TGE pipeline live (allowlist/airdrop mechanics, partner calendar, CRM flows).

Reporting cadence in place with clear KPIs and learn-iterate cycles.
Compensation & Terms

Base salary + KPI-driven bonuses.

Vested token allocation tied to impactful, agreed-upon milestones.

Fully remote; occasional travel for conferences and roadshows.

CMO track: If you demonstrate SETTLD-relevant strategic planning, budget ownership, and team leadership, we’ll align title, comp and scope accordingly.
